C. William Gaylor III

C. William Gaylor III is the member of our Real Estate Group responsible for the day to day operations of the violation removal practice. A retired US Army Lieutenant Colonel and college professor, Mr. Gaylor graduated from Hofstra University School of Law and became a village prosecutor. He was recently employed by Rubel, Rosenblum & Bianco, LLP, where he represented landlords, developers, managing agents, cooperative and condominium boards in New York and the surrounding area on a myriad of matters. Mr. Gaylor has extensive experience with conducting depositions, appearing in all local courts for motion arguments, administrative hearings and appearances and conducting trials.
