Morici & Morici, LLP is a mid-sized and dynamic firm with the ability and expertise to employ an unusual degree of large firm sophistication while maintaining a conscientious personal relationship with each and every client.

The primary practice areas of the firm are divided into three departments, the Real Estate Group, the Litigation Group and the Business and Corporate Group. The Real Estate Group is headed by Michael D. Morici, Sr. who founded the firm in 1974. Robert Morici, who joined the firm several years later, expanded the practice to include personal injury and complex commercial litigation, including toxic torts, products liability and construction related accidents. The Business and Corporate Group was created upon the addition of Michael D. Morici, Jr., who recently joined the firm after working several years in the Merger & Acquisitions and Corporate group of one of the largest firms in New York.

Our specialized staff consisting of eight attorneys, of-counsel attorneys, several paralegals, and other support personnel are devoted to providing expert legal services in various areas of the law in an efficient and cost effective manner. We also have an established attorney network throughout the country with attorneys admitted in various jurisdictions.

The partners of the firm also maintain a title company, On-Line Abstract, Ltd., which facilitates the closing of commercial and residential loans and other transactions on behalf of various institutional lenders and other clients the firm represents.

The main office of the Firm is located in Garden City, New York. We have a rapidly expanding office in New York City and continue to maintain a Brooklyn facility.
